Most, if not all, of the ideas shared on this checklist are ones you instinctually already know about leadership; leading yourself and your team, and leading life to its fullest.  The key is to lead forward with action. As you go through this checklist, read each statement aloud and honestly answer yes or no. For each "NO" statement, turn it into a goal and start taking the needed steps to turn that NO into a YES. Moving Forward Your Checklist for Planning, Action Steps and Self Accountability   I begin each month with clear goals for myself and my team: - Personal Sponsoring - Marketing Strategies - Team Coaching - Personal Development  I outline and implement the actions steps I will take to achieve my monthly goals  I am resourceful and seek out the knowledge and tools I need to achieve my goals  I create self accountability by producing tangible results or movement as evidence of my action steps  I have a 1yr, 3yr and 5yr strategic plan for promoting myself to leadership positions, and I'm on target  I create visual anchors to stay connected with my goals and achievement (vision board, goal cards, affirmations, mirror messages, success journal, etc.) Building Forward Your Checklist for Team Building and Team Growth   I have a complete "system" for building my business.
